Whether you're a business utilizing the auction consignment options, or a fundraising organization managing donations, the new Donor/Consignor Center offers many enhancements and a host of new features. Similar to the Auction, Member and Invoice Centers, this new Center is integrated into the admin console and provides a familiar tab-based layout with a helpful Quick Search function.

Below are a few examples of how we help achieve these goals:
Getting to contact information quickly is important. Therefore, we've added a Quick Search option to locate records faster than ever. Just start typing the last name, or company name, and select from the associated, auto-complete matches to open the new, Details Modal.
The Details Modal provides immediate, drill-down access to record editing, summary information, listings, sales, and pertinent notes without leaving the page. The Details Modal may also be directly opened by clicking on the account number, or name, from any tab within any Center.
Better organization often results in improved efficiency. Thus, we designed the new center to function similar to the existing ones. The tab-based layout maintains the same, familiar nomenclature and general order.
The enhanced Search uses similar criteria as the Member Center. The search tags, column display selectors, saved searches and export function are standard options. The new Views, Totals, History, Upload, Docs and Notes tabs are all recognizable from other centers.
Easier Data Entry
Entering data, whether they are auction listings or contact records, can be one of the most time consuming tasks in the entire auction management process. AuctionAnything.com has worked to decrease the entry time for new records by reducing the number of clicks and remembering common fields for subsequent entries.
In addition, our powerful, bulk uploader provides "in grid editing" to fix mistakes on the go. And, if needed, the bulk editor can quickly update several fields for multiple records at one time.
Lastly, we've added a new, document management (i.e. Docs tab) section which provides the flexibility to create multiple documents for both e-mail and print jobs. New documents can be patterned off of existing ones by using the "Save As" option.
The new Views and Totals tabs provide valuable data insight. The Views section includes Listing & Sales Overview, Summary by Status and Top Sales tables. All displays link directly to the Search tab, and present detailed record lists, or open the respective record Details Modal.
The Totals section provides a breakdown of record entries by year, month and day. The year link drills down to month and the month link to day. Day links activate the Search tab and display a detailed list of records.
Also, listing and sales summary data is now available in the search results. The Display button offers the options to show Number of Listings and Sales Totals to compare consignor/donor activity levels.
Simpler Bulk Operations
AuctionAnything.com updated the existing bulk editor and added a new, bulk e-mail/print utility. Now, clients can bulk e-mail any document, with associated listing data if desired, conveniently from the search results.
The new History tab provides a record and description of all bulk actions. The View link enables access to a list of impacted records.
The new Donor / Consignor Center is a major update to the administrative portion of the online auction system. Not only have existing functions been enhanced, but new features have been added which allow the auction manager to see and do more.
